For an overview of the incoming exchange students go to Student > Apply for degree programme > Dashboard applications (screen 2.3.01)

Under Dashboard, select Exchange ---- (Faculty), then click Search. With this selection, you can see the new applications for the relevant School.

On the right, you will see the applications for your selection. Click on the icon in front of the student ID number to go to the student’s application form.

This will lead you to the student' s application form.

Check the documents and change ISD to School to School to ISD to approve the application.

Select No to reject the application. Don’t forget to save! Also inform the student why their application was rejected.
