After the request for a stay abroad has been approved by the School, the student can fill in their contact details.
- The student can now view their details (1) and fill in their contact details (2).
- The screen below will pop up and the student can fill in the details.
NB: under contact person, they must complete at least the following fields:
- Start date and End date
- Name
- Telephone
- Emergency (tick the box)
- Once the student has filled in their details, they will be available in Orisis Basis for the back office under Stay abroad period.
