You can find approved and processed requests for stays abroad by using different filters.
To do this, go to screen 2.3.20 and access the filters. If the screen 'pending work' opens at first, you have to select 'filters' at the top left of the screen to be able to use the filters:
Use the following filters to display the approved and processed requests:
- Process: pick the process from the year and semester for which you want to see the requests.
- Decision: Pick T - Approved
- Status: Pick F - Completed
- Degree programme: Fill in the degree programme for which you want to see the requests. If you leave this empty, the search will come up with all the requests for stays abroad of the cluster under which you have logged in. It is also possible to fill in multiple programmes here.
