Return to the Stay abroad screen. Change the option for approval by the School under Answer (1) to Akkoord and save. The status option will change to Completed (2). The status option will change to Yes (2). The Status and Decision options (3) will change as well and the student will receive a notification that their stay abroad has been approved.

Once the stay abroad has been approved by the School, the student’s request will no longer be displayed in the work in progress overview.

Then, the student will see in Osiris that the statuses (1+2) and the decision (3) have changed.
