If a student does not have permission to attend a degree programme abroad or has filled in the wrong semester, the following steps apply:

• Checklist: approval by the School: Set the status to In process (3) and save (2).
• This will display the toestemming study abroad option. Set it to No (1) and save (2). The statuses (3 and 4) and decision (4) will change automatically.

• Because the status and decision (4) have changed, the student will receive the following message.

‘We regret to inform you that your application for a stay abroad has been rejected.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your international / study abroad coordinator of your School.’

• Then, the student will see that the status and decision have changed in Osiris.

If the student has filled in the wrong semester, they must submit a new request for the correct semester.
